My starting point may
be considered the Grand Lycée Franco-Libanais till the Baccalaureate
classes, which were interrupted many times by the war that hit Lebanon.
Therefore, I had to join Lycée ABd-el-Kader to sit for the French
Baccalaureate -Class of 91.
In 1991 I joined the
American University of Beirut graduating with a B.A. Degree majoring in
Sociology/Anthropology -Class of 94. This broadened my insight into the
field of humanities which guided and enriched my career in the media
field.
In 1998 I enrolled
with Leicester University U.K. and obtained my M.A. Degree majoring in
Mass Communications: Radio, T.V. and Film -Class of 00. My thesis
extended my knowledge and enhanced my understanding of the field about
which I am passionate.
By being registered in
the “Ordine dei Giornalisti” as a foreign journalist in Italy and
speaking fluent Arabic, French, English, Italian and Spanish widened the
horizon of my career.
Whereas, the influence
of being surrounded by books, thanks to my family’s profession, has
helped enlighten my mind and its curiosity to enhance its own
independent concepts. |
