2001
(Rome) Rai Med / Radiotelevisione Italiana
In 2001, I
had the opportunity to join the staff of Italy’s national television
network, RAI (Radiotelevisione Italiana), working for RaiMed (Rai
Mediterranean), broadcasting from the eternal city of art, beauty and
romance, Rome. My broadcasting experience was enriched by translating
and adapting scripts from Italian to colloquial Arabic, and being the
voice-over artist for documentaries and TG3 (Rai Tre News). This
experience strengthened my knowledge in copywriting and news
broadcasting. RaiMed is a bilingual Italian-Arabic free to air satellite
channel established in collaboration between Rai News 24, Tg3 and Rai
Sat. RaiMed can be seen in Europe, North Africa, and the Mediterranean
basin. |
