1993-1995 (Beirut)  R.M.L. 99 F.M. / Radio Mount Lebanon

The first steps of my career began in 1993 at the age of 19, behind the microphone of R.M.L. with “un grand bonjour tout ensoleillé” and “gros bisous sur le bout du nez… Au revoir”. In a short period of time, that which I thought of as a hobby became my future career. The support and encouragement of my parents and friends, as well as my passion for music led me to follow and realize my dream. The contact with the listeners through the radio holds a lot of mystery and the experience one gains from the radio’s mic is an important base for the T.V. camera.

I was the researcher, executive producer and host of many radio shows in French apart from my two hours daily live variety program. A few of the programs I hosted on R.M.L. were: Midi-2, 11/13 heures, Le Top 20, Top Chrono, Folies des Tubes, and Les Chipies. Les Chipies tackled the difference in the Lebanese law between males and females. The subjects were discussed through interviews to well-known Lebanese women.
